The Captain HAS THE RIGHT to cancel any charter when weather and seas are unsafe to navigate and presents a danger to customers and crew. Clients are able to re-schedule for another time and date. Cancellation by Clients is to be completed 72 hours before a scheduled outing to receive a full refund. Any cancellation 72 hours or fewer clients will only get a 50% refund.
If you use payoff line option. You need to pay the full amount 5 days before trip. If I don’t have full payment, I will cancel reservation and open it for others to book.
Also PLEASE print out this Waiver Release form, (one per person) and bring it with you.
